Customer satisfaction is integral to our values at NRL, therefore in 2023, External Quality Controls have been developed to better suit VIDAS. Working alongside DiaMex, the NRL QC team has been busy modifying both Optitrol Paediatric G-2 and Optitrol HEPA-1 to now suit testing using VIDAS.
